Our Management Fee: 5%

Our Property Management Includes: 

• Collecting rents and directing them to you on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Remit on your behalf various bills, rates, insurance, etc
• Undertake quarterly inspections on your behalf to ensure the property is being adequately maintained.
• Check tenants into the property and arrange vacation at the end of the agreement.
• Carry out a full inventory on check-in and check-out
• Undertake general repairs and emergency repairs on your behalf.
• Deal with all tenant enquiries.
• Insure and protect the tenants six week deposit on your behalf.
• Arrange the gas safety checks, electrical NIC certificates and the energy performance certificates (EPC).

Our management fee is 5% of the rental for the contract period.
