- Your Property will be Fully Advertised on our own New and Improved Website.
- Carry out viewings with prospective tenants and supplying Landlords with direct feedback.
- Obtain full referencing, (employer and landlord) with credit checks.
- Negotiating terms between prospective tenants and Landlord.
- Prepare the Tenancy Agreement with relevant notices to include any particular requirements.
- Provide the Check-in, Inventory, Keys and have the tenancy signed.
- Collect an advance rent payment as well as a 6 weeks security deposit.
Our Introductory Letting Fee is 8% of the first year’s rent.
