Collecting rents and directing them to you or your bank on a monthly or quarterly basis.

• Undertake quarterly inspections on your behalf to ensure the property is being adequately maintained.
• Check tenants into the property and arrange vacation at the end of the agreement.
• Supervise inventory check on vacation by tenants.
• Undertake repairs/maintenance on your behalf.
• Our commission rate is based on the term of the contract.
